- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
