Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 3/4 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk almond milk, maple syrup, flax egg, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in berries.
  5. Pour into the dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
