Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
