Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices of your favorite bread
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced turkey, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  4. Spread the turkey salad evenly onto four slices of bread.
  5. Top with lettuce and tomato slices, if desired.
  6. Cover with the remaining four slices of bread.
  7. Cut sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
