This turkey salad recipe is a delicious and easy way to use leftover turkey. It’s perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or as a light meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded or diced turkey, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and fresh parsley.
  3. Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add chopped pecans or walnuts.
  • For a touch of sweetness, add dried cranberries or grapes.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt for some or all of the mayonnaise for a lighter version.
