These turkey burger bowls are a healthy and delicious low-carb meal. They feature seasoned turkey patties served over a bed of fresh greens with your favorite burger toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until just combined. Form into four equal patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink.
  3. Divide mixed greens among four bowls. Top each with a turkey patty.
  4. Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and pickles around the turkey patty in each bowl.
  5. Drizzle with sugar-free ketchup and mustard. Serve immediately.

  • Feel free to customize your bowls with your favorite burger toppings like avocado, jalapeños, or a sprinkle of cheese.
