1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pickles, sliced
2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until just combined. Form into four equal patties.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink.
Divide mixed greens among four bowls. Top each with a turkey patty.
Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and pickles around the turkey patty in each bowl.
Drizzle with sugar-free ketchup and mustard. Serve immediately.
