Delicious and healthy sweet potato chicken poppers, perfect for Paleo, AIP, and Whole 30 diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground chicken, mashed sweet potato, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Form small balls from the mixture.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook poppers for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze uncooked poppers for later use.
