1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, cinnamon, and salt.
Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Fold in dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
