A delicious and easy smoked salmon croissant sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly on both halves of each croissant.
  3. Layer smoked salmon on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Top with sliced red onion, capers, and fresh dill.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Place the top half of the croissant on top and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can toast the croissants lightly before assembling.
  • Add a slice of tomato or a few spinach leaves for added freshness.
  • You can substitute chive cream cheese for plain cream cheese.
