  • 23 pound turkey breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast.
  4. Place the turkey breast in the slow cooker.
  5. Pour chicken broth around the turkey breast.
  6. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2.5 hours, until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
  7. Once cooked, remove the turkey breast from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve warm.
