Tender beef bites cooked with potatoes in a garlic butter sauce using a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Place beef and potatoes in slow cooker.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl.
  3. Pour garlic butter mixture over beef and potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Stir gently before serving.

Notes

  • For crispier potatoes, broil for 2-3 minutes after slow cooking.
  • Substitute beef with chicken if preferred.
