- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Place beef and potatoes in slow cooker.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over beef and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir gently before serving.
Notes
- For crispier potatoes, broil for 2-3 minutes after slow cooking.
- Substitute beef with chicken if preferred.
