- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden. Remove from pan.
- Add remaining butter and garlic to the pan. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add noodles and broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
