A hearty sausage tortellini soup with spinach, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat.
