A hearty breakfast casserole with sausage, eggs, and cheese. Perfect for feeding a crowd or meal prepping.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried mustard
  • 4 slices bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet, then drain.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard in a bowl.
  4. Layer bread cubes in a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with cooked sausage and cheese.
  6. Pour egg mixture over everything.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
