A quick and easy vegan chili cheese dip perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) vegan chili
  • 1 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat vegan chili in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add shredded vegan cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  3. Pour in almond milk and mix well.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
