Quick Christmas Cranberry Meatballs are perfect for holiday gatherings. They combine savory meatballs with a sweet cranberry glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef ()
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Mix cranberry sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar in a saucepan.
  7. Simmer glaze for 5 minutes.
  8. Toss baked meatballs in the glaze.
  9. Serve warm.
