  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine feta, pumpkin, olive oil, garlic, paprika, and black pepper in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add lemon juice and pulse to mix.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil if desired.
  5. Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
