A festive twist on classic deviled eggs, perfect for Halloween or fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Orange food coloring (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Tint filling with orange food coloring if desired.
  4. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
  5. Use a toothpick to create pumpkin ridges.
  6. Garnish with parsley or chives for stems.
