- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp honey (optional for drizzling)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the brie into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix chopped pistachios and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each brie cube in the beaten egg, then coat with the pistachio mixture.
