Crispy pistachio-crusted brie bites with a gooey center, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the brie into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped pistachios and breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each brie cube in the beaten egg, then coat with the pistachio mixture.
  5. Place coated brie cubes on the baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is soft.
  7. Drizzle with honey if desired. Serve warm.
