  • 6 croissants, cut into chunks
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place croissant chunks evenly in the dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped bacon on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
