- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
