These Nutella Croissants are a delightful and easy-to-make treat. They feature flaky croissant dough filled with rich, creamy Nutella, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (17.3 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll one sheet of puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface. Spread half of the Nutella evenly over the pastry.
  3. Fold the pastry in half, then cut into 6 triangles. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the narrow end.
  4. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry and remaining Nutella.
  5. Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the puff pastry is thawed but still cold for best results.
  • Do not overfill the croissants, as the Nutella may leak out during baking.
  • These croissants are best served warm.
