A quick and easy no-cook boat dip with cheese, perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced beef bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  2. Add diced beef bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Use -certified beef bacon as a substitute for pork.
