1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons celery, finely diced
1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste
12 mini brioche buns, split
2 tablespoons melted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, celery, chives, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.
Brush the insides of the mini brioche buns with melted butter.
Lightly toast the buns in a pan or oven until golden brown.
Fill each toasted bun with a generous spoonful of the lobster salad.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use fresh, high-quality lobster meat.
You can prepare the lobster salad ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Assemble the bites just before serving to prevent the buns from getting soggy.
