  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
