Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  • Desired toppings (e.g., sliced tomatoes, lettuce, tzatziki sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, parsley, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
  2. Form the lamb mixture into 12 small patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
  3. Heat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the lamb patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.
  5. Lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing a cooked lamb patty on each bun.
  7. Top with your desired toppings.
  8. Serve immediately.
