A low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, these rolls are perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions and bell peppers until soft. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ribeye slices until browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Mix almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to form a dough.
  5. Roll the dough into thin rectangles on parchment paper.
  6. Layer the cooked steak, onions, bell peppers, and provolone cheese on the dough.
  7. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Let rolls cool slightly before slicing.
