- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Bring a pot of water to boil and blanch carrots and green beans for 3 minutes.
- Drain vegetables and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add vegetables, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
