Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in the mixed berries gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
