Delicious bite-sized puff pastry filled with herbs and cheese, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, chives, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
