- 2 medium sweet potatoes, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Peel and grate the sweet potatoes.
- Finely chop the onion.
- In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
