Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, grated
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the mixture to the skillet and press it down evenly.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  7. Flip and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
