- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
