  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package phyllo cups (15 count)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped Kalamata olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky for texture.
  5. Spoon the feta mixture into the cooled phyllo cups.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill and Kalamata olives if desired.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
