A classic shrimp scampi recipe with garlic, butter, and White grape juice for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup White grape juice (or substitute with broth)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Pour in White grape juice (or broth) and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss in cooked pasta and parsley. Stir to coat evenly.
  8. Serve warm.
