Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 large croissants

  2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Slice each croissant horizontally, almost all the way through, creating a pocket.
  4. Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture inside each croissant.
  5. Place the croissants on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the butter is melted and fragrant.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Store any leftover garlic butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • These croissants pair well with soups or salads.
