A simple and delicious sourdough monkey bread recipe perfect for breakfast or dessert.

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix sourdough starter, flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls.
  4. Dip each ball in melted butter, then coat with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Arrange the balls in a greased bundt pan.
  6. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
