- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix sourdough discard, flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, milk, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut into 8 equal slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
