A simple and delicious low-carb pizza casserole that combines all your favorite pizza flavors in one dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the pizza sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
