  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
  3. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
