A simple and delicious breakfast quiche that’s quick to prepare and perfect for any morning meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, or onions)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer cheese, bacon or ham, and vegetables in the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute any vegetables or proteins based on preference.
  • For a crispier crust, pre-bake it for 5 minutes before adding the filling.
