- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon or ham, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, or onions)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer cheese, bacon or ham, and vegetables in the pie crust.
