  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
