- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, chopped
