- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Transfer steak bites to the crockpot.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the steak.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- If using cornstarch, mix it with 1 tbsp water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Serve warm.
