1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
Squeeze excess moisture from the grated zucchini using a clean towel.
In a bowl, mix zucchini, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the zucchini balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
