A simple and delicious recipe for crispy baked ground beef tacos. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 810 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill taco shells with the beef mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of each taco.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  7. Top with tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream before serving.
