- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8–10 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fill taco shells with the beef mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each taco.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Top with tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream before serving.
