A hearty and creamy soup with Italian sausage, ditalini pasta, and parmesan cheese.

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown Italian sausage in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add ditalini pasta and cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  5. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, basil, and oregano.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.
