- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese.
- Add chopped spinach, diced onions, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
