  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add sausage, cheese, bread, onions, and bell peppers to the bowl. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
