Delicious cinnamon roll bars with a sweet glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour half the batter into the pan.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the batter.
  6. Add the remaining batter on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over cooled bars.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or raisins.
