- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over cooled bars.
