Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Add milk and cheese, stir until melted.
  8. Serve hot.
